2.3 By 2030, double the agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale food producers, in particular women, indigenous peoples, family farmers, pastoralists and fishers, including through secure and equal access to land, other productive resources and inputs, knowledge, financial services, markets and opportunities for value addition and non-farm employment

Gross Operating Income of small and large agricultural holdings.

An agricultural holding is considered small when it meets both conditions:

• It operates an amount of land that falls within the first two quintiles (the bottom 40%) of the cumulative distribution of land size at the level of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (measured in hectares).
• Obtains an annual income from agricultural activities that falls within the first two quintiles (the bottom 40%) of the cumulative distribution of agricultural income per unit of production at the level of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.

If an agricultural holding does not meet any of these conditions, it is considered large.
