The reference value of this indicator is 1, which means the representation of women in the public administration analyzed is perfectly proportional to their presence in the population between 16 and 64 years old. If the indicator takes a value less than 1 it means that women are underrepresented, while if it takes a value greater than 1 it means that they are overrepresented. |
